Do you offer wheelchair-accessible rides?
Yes. Our wheelchair-accessible van has a ramp and secured positioning. Choose "Wheelchair-accessible van" when you book.
Can I book a return trip or recurring rides?
Yes. Add a return pickup when you book, or tell us about a standing schedule such as dialysis or therapy and we'll set up repeat rides.
Can a family member or caregiver book for me?
Absolutely. A caregiver, family member, or case manager can book on your behalf. Just include the rider's name and details.
How will I know when my driver is arriving?
If you agree to text messages when you book, we'll send confirmations and pickup updates. You can always call us for a status check.
